A Case For Insanity

Tina Vasquez is charged with a bizarre crime. She has been charged with poisoning her neighbor, so that she could be with her neighbor's husband. This twisted plot sounds like a plot from a Lifetime movie. This woman needs serious help; she obviously does not have a firm grasp on reality. Her sanity can be questioned, not only by her alledged crime, but by the mugshot photo the newspaper printed. Ms. Vasquez, who has an Hispanic surname, is wearing a "white power" t shirt, emblazoned with a confederate battle flag. These facts alone warrant an insanity defense.
